A once-glorious Grade I-listed mansion gutted by fire is set to become the UK’s biggest restoration project after it was put on the market for £3million.
Parnham House was until recently a glorious Elizabethan pile and one of the most important homes in the Westcountry.
Its owner, Austrian-born financier Michael Treichl, had spent 15 years restoring the manor home before it was destroyed in a suspicious blaze in 2017.
