CM Devendra Fadnavis announces drought like situation in 180 talukas of Maharashtra. These villages were selected after strictly following scientific norms of GoI of trigger 1 & 2 and also various mitigation measures will be implemented in these villages from today. Efforts and measures by Government will include concessions in land revenue, agricultural pumps, educational fees, and continued power supply to agri pumps, availability of tankers for drinking water.
