The organization has previously given consultations, prescriptions and shipped abortion pills to women living in countries where abortion is illegal. The service costs $95, but the organization will aim to help women who can't pay. The pills come with instructions and users will be given counseling on proper use. Gomperts previously avoided the American market because she feared the anti-abortion movement would shut her down.
