Texas Toddler Left On Porch Of Stranger, Instead Of Dad

According to Reuters, a 2-year old child was left on the front porch of a stranger's house. A woman who intended to leave the boy with his father instead left the toddler at the wrong address. The entire incident was caught on camera through a doorbell cam and shows the woman leaving the child on the porch after ringing the bell several times. The woman who left the child, a friend of the mother, was initially suspected of child abandonment.
