A radio advertisement being run in Arkansas in support of Republican Representative French Hill features exaggerated stereotypes of African-American accents claiming that black voters should support Hill and Republicans because Democrats want to lynch black men when "a white girl screams rape." The ad, which is not endorsed by Hill, was paid for by the PAC Black Americans for the President's Agenda.
