A 5-Year-Old Boy Breaks Royal Protocol To Hug The Duke & Duchess Of Sussex

On Wednesday, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were greeted by more than 30,000 fans in Dubbo.
Royal protocol was cast aside as Prince Harry hugged a young fan.
Traditional etiquette suggests you shouldn't touch a member of the royal family.
Business Insider reports that 5-year-old Luke Vincent dived straight in for a hug with the Prince.
According to the BBC, Luke's teacher said he "didn't give [Harry] any choice" in the matter.
Vincent went a step further and rubbed Harry’s beard.
