Teenager Kills 19 In Crimea College Shooting

According to Reuters and Russian law enforcement, at least 19 people have been killed and dozens have been injured at a college in the Black Sea region of Crimea, when a student went through the building shooting at fellow pupils before killing himself. Eighteen-year-old Vladislav Roslyakov had turned up at the college in the city of Kerch carrying a firearm and soon began shooting. His body found in the college with what officials say were self-inflicted gunshot wounds.
