According to a report by SFgate, on Tuesday, ABC's 'The Conners' had its premiere, but fell 35 points below its predecessor-series' massive Spring 2018 return, due largely to the absence of the show's former star, Roseanne. SFGate reports that the Roseanne-less version of the classic ABC sitcom scored a 7.5 rating in Nielsen's 56 metered markets, however the 'Roseanne' return scored an 11.6, which translates to 18.2 million total viewers.
