Congress MLAs Subhash Shirodkar and Dayanand Sopte joined Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in the presence of Union Minister Piyush Goyal in the national capital on Tuesday. Earlier, they met BJP president Amit Shah and later said they will be joining the party. Both the legislators had gone to Delhi on Monday night, fuelling speculation that they might join the BJP.
