Really friendly pop that does not drift off into sadness or despair is rare. NELIO do but music that is gentle and mild through and through. But not in an ironic way; but full of seriousness and confidence. In almost every song you can almost hear the smile on the face of singer MANUEL GODITSCH. It is a satisfied smile that speaks for being in harmony with oneself. MANUEL GODITSCH and JAKOB LINDSBERGER devoted themselves to making music during their schooldays. CATRINA CASSIDY and SEBASTIAN OCHOA made the band perfect. In 2016 they released their first EP on which the single "Sommerregen" (summerrain) was released. This can also be found on the album NEICHE WEGE (new ways) and fits in perfectly. NEICHE WEGE are exactly what the title says: the new life of the band with new experiences, new travels and new adventures. And that NELIO is not afraid of the new, you can hear listening to every single song.
