Disney to Close Spaceship Earth at Epcot for Two Years

According to Comicbook.com, The Walt Disney World Resort is going to close its Spaceship Earth attraction in 2019 for a two-year refurbishment. The attraction is expected to re-open during Epcot’s 40th anniversary in 2022. The renovation of Spaceship Earth is coming during a time when Epcot will be taking on other improvement projects. Disney is going to be adding a Marvel-inspired roller coaster to the park which will be the first Guardians of the Galaxy theme park attraction on the east coast.
