In the wake of a stretch limousine crash in upstate New York, a limousine company and its owner are under scrutiny. For reasons that remain unknown, the 2001 Ford Excursion plowed through a stop sign and crashed into a parked SUV, killing 20 people. Seventeen passengers, the limo driver, and two pedestrians were killed. The limo company's owner is currently in Pakistan, New York State Police said.
