Judge Orders Joe Giudice To Be Deported From The United States

A judge has ordered Real Housewives of New Jersey star Joe Giudice to be deported from the United States to his native country of Italy.
Radar Online broke the shocking news on Tuesday morning. “Based upon the law, I find you deportable and ineligible for any kind of relief,” Judge John Ellington announced during his October 10th court hearing in Pennsylvania’s York Immigration Court.
Joe immediately argued with the judge regarding his decision. “I don’t understand how I can be deported on this case,” he said from his Allenwood, Penn. prison via teleconference. “If you will, I’ll tell you my side. I shouldn’t even be here right now.”
“I have to go back and tell my kids this, and they’ve been waiting to hear from me,” he continued.
“I get no joy in telling a family this news,” Judge Ellington responded.  There is a potential saving grace for Joe here, as he can file an appeal by November 9th.
Word first got out back in June regarding the reality star getting kicked out of the country while he served his 41-month prison sentence for fraud charges.
The 46-year-old was “in deportation proceedings while he’s in custody,” the ICE spokesperson told Radar at the time. “ICE has lodged a detainer, and he is in removal proceedings.”
Joe is married to fellow RHONJ star Teresa Giudice and they share 4 children with one another. Radar Online also reported back in July that she wanted President Trump to pardon his sentence.
