Tanushree Dutta really stirred up a storm when she alleged Nana Patekar and makers of 'Horn Ok Pleassss' of harassing her on sets. While most have taken the actress’ side, there are some in the industry who are still skeptical. In India there are several strict laws and regulations present in the legal system for bullying anyone in the workplace. These laws are supposed to address all types of workplace harassment including discrimination, sexual and mental/psychological irritation caused by the employer.
