North Korea would "passionately welcome" Pope Francis, should he visit the regime's capital.
While announcing the outline of President Moon Jae-in's trip to Europe, the top office spokesperson said that Pyeongyang's leader Kim Jong-un... gave such an invitation during last month's inter-Korean summit.
Cheong Wa Dae added that President Moon, during his upcoming meeting with Pope Francis, will deliver that message from Kim.
