In November Facebook Portal Launches

According to Business Insider, "Facebook has announced it is launching a video-chat and smart speaker device, [called the] Portal." The company says they will launch the Facebook Portal feature in November. It will cost users $199 and if they want a larger-sized Portal+ model it will cost them $349. This is the first gadget that has been built and sold as hardware under the Facebook brand. Business and tech experts wonder how it will fare as Facebook is currently undergoing the criticism of several scandals.
