Fox is the company being spun off from Twenty-First Century Fox’s merger with Walt Disney Co.
Hicks was one of Trump’s longest-serving and most trusted aides.
She resigned from her White House job earlier this year.
Hicks was forced to resign for defending her boyfriend, Rob Porter, from domestic abuse charges.
