India and Russia sign 2nd historic agreement; deal for space co-operation also signed

India has signed the S400 triumf deal with Russia. The deal is worth over 800 billion US dollars. The five squadrons of the sophisticated defence system will be delivered by 2020. Putin held a formal meeting with Modi at 11am in Hyderabad house today kicking off the India-Russia summit. As many as 20 key agreements are going to be signed between the two nations shortly.
