Delhi: Police negligence captured; refuse to take victim to hospital

A video of police negligence has gone viral. Delhi police officers refused to take a victim to hospital who was brutally beaten up. The incident happened in Sangam Vihar of Delhi. He has complaint to police but FIR not filed yet. Though the relatives of the victim requested cops but police walked away from there.
