T.I. Partially Agrees With Kanye West
on 13th Amendment West has been very vocal about his political views and recently received backlash after he said the 13th Amendment should be altered. The 13th Amendment says: 13th Amendment 13th Amendment However, T.I recently came to his defense and stated why he agrees with Ye through a post captioned, “some clarity." T.I., via Instagram The King of the South then explained that the way the amendment is worded “incentivizes mass incarceration.” He further went on to say that in addition, it “increases the amount of scrutiny put on us and the laws that affect us differently than they affect white people." T.I ended his video by saying he saw where Ye was going, yet feels it was “horribly worded.” T.I., via Instagram
