Tilray Surges After High Park Farms Given The Go Ahead For Cannabis
  • 6 years ago
According to Market Insider, shares of Canadian cannabis producer Tilray have climbed more than 8%, after one of its subsidiaries received a license for sales from Health Canada. The new license allows High Park Farms to "supply and sell finished cannabis products within the ACMPR as well as sales in anticipation of the launch of the adult-use market in Canada upon its legalization on October 17, 2018". Monday's rally is just the latest in the meteoric climb for Tilray shares, which have grown 750% since their initial public offering in July.
