Typhoon Trami made landfall in the Wakayama Prefecture in western Japan on Sunday, September 30, killing two.

One of the fatalities was engulfed by a landslide in western Japan’s Tottori and the other drowned in high waters in Yamanashi, west of Tokyo, media reported.

The typhoon moved further north in its path later in the evening, hitting Tokyo overnight. This video, showing strong winds and rains lashing down, was filmed in Ichikawa City, Chiba Prefecture, located about 20 kilometres east of the capital.
