I hope you dressed accordingly. The first day of October kicked off on a very chilly note. In fact, many upper regions had the chilliest morning temperatures of the season.
Morning drizzle in some of the central region should clear, other regions will see pleasant autumn skies.
Daily highs won't rise much, Seoul will see highs in the teens, Chuncheon will only make it to 18 degrees, while the rest of country will see highs getting up to the low twenties topping out at 21 degrees in Gyeongju, Daegu and Gwangju.
The morning chill continues into Tuesday, temperatures will rebound to above seasonal averages by the mid-week, but overall the first week of October is looking promising with big gaps in readings.
