Chennai to celebrate MGR's 100th centenary; Stalin, Dinakaran reject AIADMK's invite | Nation at 9

The Tamil Nadu state government has organised a special function in Chennai today to celebrate the centenary birth year of Former Chief Minister and charismatic superstar MG Ramachandran. The event will be a part of year long celebrations and will be held in Chennai at 4 pm today. Stalin, who was invited to the event, has snubbed it accusing the ruling government of using mgr for political mileage. Rebel leader TTV Dinakaran has also been invited. Meanwhile a huge crowd consisting of AIADMK cadre is expected to attend the celebrations.
