Diners catch their noodles from a flowing water trough in Japan

An unusual restaurant in Yamaguchi Prefecture, Japan, where noodles flow in channels to diners - who then have to pluck them out of the water with chopsticks.

The Somen noodles bar is found on a mountainside where natural waterfalls flow past guests.
