Trump Orders FBI To Investigate Kavanaugh On The Double

U.S. President Donald Trump said on Friday he has ordered the FBI to reopen its investigation into Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh over sexual misconduct allegations. However, Reuters reports the President also said the work must be done in record time. Trump said in a statement, “I’ve ordered the FBI to conduct a supplemental investigation to update Judge Kavanaugh’s file. As the Senate has requested, this update must be limited in scope and completed in less than one week."
