LG, Samsung top U.S. customer satisfaction ranking index

When it comes to customer satisfaction,... Korean tech giants Samsung and LG are part of the leading pack in the United States.
A report released by the American Customer Satisfaction Index shows LG Electronics and Samsung Electronics came second and third, respectively, in a ranking of American consumers' satisfaction with home appliance brands.
German electronics giant Bosch came first.
Samsung was up from seventh spot last year.
In the PC category, Samsung was second only to Apple.
The index, which interviews nearly 250-thousand U.S. consumers about some 400 companies, is released once a year.
