Motorcyclist slams in to back of swerving van

A motorcycle crashes into the back of a swerving public utility vehicle in the Philippines.
The van driver stops to check his vehicle, rather than whether the motorcyclist is okay. Fortunately the motorcyclist, Ernesto Supnad, was not injured.
"After realising that his actions were caught on dashcam video ... he [the van driver] approached the motorcyclist and both parties agreed that Mr. Noveno [the van driver] would pay the damages of the motorcycle rider," said the filmer.
The video was captured on August 23.
