Newborn Baby Rescued After Being Abandoned

A newborn baby boy is rescued after being left inside a plastic bag and put inside a satchel then placed on a fence. A bin man was about to collect the package to be dumped in a truck when he heard faint cries coming from inside on September 24 morning in Lapu-Lapu City, Philippines. The boy has recovered and people want to adopt him to give him a good life.
