Snapchat To Add Feature Allowing Users To Shop With Pictures

Snapchat is soon going to give users the ability to shop on Amazon with a simple picture. According to Business Insider, Snapchat is adding a new feature called “Visual Search.” With it, users can point the app’s camera at whatever item they want more information on. Once detected, information from Amazon about the product will appear. Finally, users can choose to buy the item or continue to search for something similar.
