How is it possible for mankind to accept that nothing is consistent and that everything is constantly changing? The 5-piece band Listen To Leena, based in Vienna, around frontsinger and songwriter Lucia Leena look at life as a pendulum and plead for the movement as the only absolute term. Musically they merge their fondness for analog instruments with modern electronic synthesizer sounds. Their multi-faceted second album PENDULUM, which will be released in October 2018, is pompous. Voluminous synth pop, multi-layered like a glittering collage of different, partly classical, partly newly invented sounds. The affinity for memorable songs doesn't contravene with exceptionally tuneful groove escapades. But, as the name of the band suggests, the sensitively arranged songs of singer Lucia Leena will speak for themselves.., just listen.
