Frustrated residents of a residential community in Guiyang City in southwestern Guizhou Province dumped rubbish into their property management office.

The video shows several men emptying the dustbins out into the property management office last Saturday (September 22).

According to reports, the residents had a dispute with the property management as it allowed any vehicles to drive into the residential community car park, as well as being regularly tardy with rubbish collection.
