Lammy calls for option to remain in EU on People's Vote

David Lammy speaks at the People's Vote march in Liverpool, calling for a public say on the final Brexit deal. The MP for Tottenham added: "When we have that People's Vote let us ensure that the option to remain in the EU is on the ballot paper."
