According to Business Insider, Wall Street ended the day about flat, though the Dow Jones made some gains.
Stocks remained upbeat for a second day, although the Nasdaq Composite ended the day down about 5-points.
The S&P 500 only managed to gain 5-points before the closing bell on Sept. 19th, but the Dow rose to it's highest level since January.
Up 159-points on the day, the Dow Jones Industrial Average closed at 26,406.
