Senator Jeff Flake on Wednesday slammed Donald Trump, Jr. for mocking the sexual assault allegation Christine Blasey Ford brought against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.

Senator Jeff Flake on Wednesday slammed Donald Trump Jr. for mocking the sexual assault allegation Christine Blasey Ford brought against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.  Trump Jr., in an Instagram post, wrote on Monday, "Judge Kavanaughs sexual assault letter found by Dems," and included a photo of a note written in crayon that reads, "Hi Cindy. Will you be my girlfriend, Love Bret."  Flake tweeted that image and stated: "This is sickening. No one should make light of this situation." 
The Arizona senator is among the many to sharply criticize Trump Jr.'s post.
"No matter your take on the accusations against Brett Kavanaugh," former Republican lawmaker Joe Walsh wrote in a tweet. "I think we all can agree that @DonaldJTrumpJr is an uncaring, narrow-minded idiot."
