Cimon, pronounced Simon, will be launched into space aboard a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket today. Cimon is being sent to the International Space Station (ISS) to assist human astronauts there. Matthias Biniok, who led IBM's AI Project, told ABC News, “Cimon's task is to assist astronauts on the ISS.
