Officer's Body Camera Wasn't On During Shooting

Three Memphis police officers have been placed on administrative leave following an officer-involved shooting that left a 25-year-old in critical condition. According to police, all three officers had either their body-worn cameras or patrol car cameras turned off at some point during the incident.
