Footage shows a tornado whipping up debris after damaging buildings in Marikina City, the Philippines on September 14 including a public elementary school. The 1km wide twister hit the area as Typhoon Ompong Mangkhut approached, a deadly storm that has left dozens dead and spread to Hong Kong.
