"Can't say enough good things about this company. Professional, thorough and very easy to schedule and work with. Neil was my inspector, he answered all my questions and wrote around a 70-page report that was extremely easy to read and reference. On top of everything else, I needed an answer to a question regarding my chimney/fireplace during the due diligence period and Neil answered my text at around 8 pm, which was going above and beyond. I would hire these guys again in a second and I've tried a few different inspectors in Chattanooga. These guys are the best by far."
