"Very professional and thorough. Andy took his time to go over every portion of the home to find anything that could be questioned, pointed those items out, explained the severity of the problem, and how it could be corrected. Most inspectors will just put something in a report, Andy tells you "I'm putting it in the report and here is why." An explanation; that is something I appreciate!"
