AccuWeather's Reed Timmer assists Cajun Navy with water rescues in North Carolina

Established in Louisiana in the wake of Hurricane Katrina, the Cajun Navy is comprised of several groups of volunteers with boats. Here they are in action, with the help of storm chaser Reed Timmer, on September 14th in North Carolina as Hurricane Florence made landfall.
