Good afternoon, those of you on Jeju Island will need your umbrellas as the island will see heavy showers of up to 120 millimeters. Drive with care as rain is expected all day.
Meanwhile, most parts will finally have sunshine back after a gloomy weekend,... while daily highs will range between 26 and 28 degrees Celsius. Seoul, Daegu and Gyeongju will notice warmer afternoon highs at 28 degrees.
Today could be the warmest afternoon of the season, readings will gradually go down and next week we'll notice much cooler air for sure.
Over in Pyeongyang, where inter-Korean summit will take place from tomorrow, we will have sunny skies with big gaps in temperatures for the next few days.
