San Francisco Spent Over $50 Million This Year on Street Cleanup

Business Insider reports San Francisco has spent nearly $54 million in 2018 on street cleanup. Last year, the California city dropped $35 million on tidying up. The average city cleanup staff has around 40 workers, but San Francisco has more than 300. Reports say its due to the city’s homelessness crisis.
