Study Finds Daily Milk Consumption Linked to Lower Heart Rates & Decreased Mortality

A new study found that people who consume three servings of milk daily have lower rates of cardiovascular disease and mortality. The study was conducted in 21 countries and was published in 'The Lancet Journal.' The study also found that people who consumed less than a half serving of whole fat dairy per day had higher rates of mortality. The findings run contrary to dietary guidelines for people to minimize consumption of whole-fat dairy products.
