Hungarians are turning to an increasingly popular summer drink known as the "fröccs" spritzer, a combination of soda water and wine, to stay cool in the sunshine. "Drinking 'fröccs' and soda water is part of Hungarians' DNA; they smile when they see a siphon bottle," says Laszlo Kiss, who works side-by-side with his father, also named Laszlo, in their soda-making workshop.
