National Assembly Speaker to propose holding inter-Korean parliamentary talks via letter

The two Koreas should hold talks between representatives of their parliaments.
That's the proposal Seoul's national assembly Speaker, Moon Hee-sang will make in a letter to Choe Tae-bok -- the chairman of the North's Supreme People's Assembly.
The South Korean delegation attending the summit next week has agreed to deliver the letter on his behalf.
Top local lawmakers in parliament were invited by the President to accompany him for the summit, but none of them could take up on that offer.
