Allahabad High Court directs on SCST act, no direct arrest in the cases

The Lucknow bench of the Allahabad High Court has said that even in cases related to SC/ST act, there will be no direct arrest in the cases which pertains to 7 years imprisonment punishment. The Court has said that the accused will be first questioned and only then any arrest will be mulled.
