4 suspects arraigned in Machakos for defrauding residents

Four suspected fraudsters were yesterday arraigned in Machakos for allegedly defrauding unsuspecting residents over 1.3 million shillings , by disguising themselves as Airtel staff who had been contracted to build communication masts on the victims land.
