Wombat Hot Lips made no bones about protecting her precious grass stash, in a funny video posted by Sleepy Burrows Wombat Sanctuary on September 8.The video has a serious edge, however, with carer Donna Stepan writing on YouTube: “Getting grass in a severe drought is a BIG deal. Wombat Hot Lips once she has it, won’t let you near it and has a lot to say as you can hear. Getting the wombats grass takes me two plus hours a day to find it and cut it. At least I can see it is greatly appreciated!”She can be heard telling the cranky wombat in the video: “Do you know that took to get? Yeah.
