Trump To Provide Written Answers Under Oath In Zervos Defamation Lawsuit

The Washington Post reports President Trump will submit written answers under oath in a defamation case.

Former "Apprentice" contestant Summer Zervos will reportedly be getting written answers under oath from President Trump as part of a defamation lawsuit stemming from her prior sexual assault claim against him.
According to the Washington Post, "Lawyers for Trump and Zervos agreed this week to exchange 'written answers and objections' to formal written questions by September 28, according to a document filed Friday with the New York State Supreme Court."
And, because of state rules, Trump could be subject to perjury charges if any false information is found to be given.
Zervos brought her lawsuit in January 2017 after Trump publicly denied her claim that he kissed her and groped her without consent in separate incidents a couple years after she appeared on "The Apprentice" in 2005, notes ABC News.
